They did the following: - Pressure point massage on the head. - Scalp treatment with multiple shampoos, oils, and wash. - Upper head ASMR waterboard treatment - Hot Stone neck massage. - Lymphatic drainage massage. - Blow-dry with massage. Our heads felt clear and we were very relaxed afterward. Staff were great as well!"

"I haven't found my go to place for head massages until today! I've been to many places where a head massage just felt like a gentle hair scrub. But with the experience I had at Nulife spa, it was exceptional from start to finish! I loved how the massage was mainly hands on and not all by tools which felt absolutely amazing! They knew all the right trigger points and always had the right temperature of the water which made the experience that much more relaxing. I loved how prepared they were and how they can accommodate two people at the same time. I highly recommend Nulife for their head massages and I will definitely be back to try other services by them!"

"I had such an amazing experience here! I got the facial, head spa, and body massage package. The massage was great and the perfect pressure. I went in with a knot in my back which felt so much better after the massage. The facial was relaxing and they used a number of products and techniques. The head spa was my favourite part. My hair has never felt so soft!! The staff are excellent and extremely accommodating and kind. I would definitely recommend this place!"

I had Haruka take care of me and she was fantastic, so sweet and kind, allowed me to relax but also had a nice chat with her. Very personable and skilled at her work. "While therapists do a good job, this spa doesn't compete with other too spas in the city.while their website boasts access to the pool, it fails to mention this is only weekdays and only with 90 minute treatments, and if you book over the phone you won't be alerted to this. The longe area has perching benches, suitable for a few minutes wait for your treatment, but wholly inadequate for relaxing before or after. So if you're going here, go only for the treatment, if you want a full spa experience go elsewhere.."

"Everything was amazing. Went to Vida for a my first ever facial and it was quite possibly the best thing ever. I originally had booked the teen facial but after looking more at my skin my esthetician decide to do a more intense brightening facial instead. The treatment room and facial bed were so cozy and I was relaxed the whole time. My esthetician, Nicole was so nice and performed such a relaxing facial well giving me some great tips for my teen skin. Going into the facial I was nervous about extractions but they were virtually painless and Nicole is a total pro. The whole experience was awesome and I left feeling so relaxed with my skin glowing. The one thing I wish I was told was what brand of products were used because everything felt and smelled so good. Thank you for a great first facial!"

Went with her suggestion for a long lasting polish and ONE WEEK later-- they are STILL perfect. Seriously-- gel quality but with regular polish. WOW! My ayurvedic massage was great (be advised there is a LOT of oil). I can't wait to come back to Vancouver and visit this spa. Thank you so much!"

"I had one of the most amazing massages ever by Villiam! He is thorough and clearly knows what he is doing. I have had a lower back injury from whiplash for 20 years and he worked on the area in a way no one else has, and I’ve had a lot of work done on it! He came back in the following morning to give me a second treatment, even though he was not scheduled (I was flying out that day) and his follow-up helped even more. I am now injury-free and this was 4 months ago! He has a background in physiotherapy from outside of Canada - that mixed with his massage training is the perfect combination! I highly recommend Villiam, and my experience of being at Vida spa was also very positive. Relaxing and serene with helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely return the next time I am in Vancouver."

"Just went to the Blitz Facial Bar for the first time. I had Abby take care of my skin. When I came in, the receptionist was really friendly. The space is beautifully designed and is aesthetically pleasing without being too overwhelming. The consultation itself was brief and straight to the point, which I really appreciated. Abby suggested some skincare tips to me without making me feel self-conscious or insecure about my acne- which I something I've never had with another aesthetician before. The prices for the service are also very reasonable, and affordable for a post-secondary student like myself. Abby addressed all of my skin concerns and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back regularly for future skin treatments, and am looking forward to coming back / progress in my skin."

Crystal did a great job giving me the works facial and was very attentive to my skin. I do think my previous bad experience was a “one off” thing since she mentioned that they recently hired some new people. I will be going back since I enjoy the facials here. ***Old review recently visited Blitz bar because i haven’t had a chance to come since Covid but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I had the works facial and honestly it was the worst facial I’ve had so far. I’m not sure if the aesthetician is new but she was very rough with my skin and overall just seemed like didn’t know what she was doing. When the facial just started it was going well until she did my diamond tip dermabrasion, she was dragging my skin downward instead of upwards and did not do a through job on my face. Also she failed to do a through extraction on my face, all she did was used a skin spatula on my nose very briefly and neglected the rest of my face. Lastly, the way she was massaging my face was very rough and she was dragging my skin downward as well. The facial was not relaxing at all because she was rough with my skin, I’m pretty disappointed since the works cost quite a bit so I was expecting a great experience."

On my first visit, I was quoted $140 with a $60 credit, only to find out later that the service provided did not align with what was promised. This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers, and I refuse to let this go unnoticed. To comment on the 1 star reviews regarding the lady at the front desk, we saw so many drunk young guys with attitudes go in and she set them straight. If you walk in drunk at 3am or you walk in to haggle on pricing, you aren’t going to have a good time. Be respectful and you will be treated as such."

"I had a good time with Olivia which will treat you well. However, exchanges by email was terrible. I got 1 reply for 2 emails, no greetings, 2 on 3 questions unanswered. They don’t actually take reservation. The woman at the desk don’t really welcome you. Don’t look at you when talking. Be aware the “tip” for the masseuse is not an option and can be higher than the price you paid at the desk (which is only for the room). 1h massage with SPA for 180CAD is acceptable. But due to lack of experience (the massage was weak and not effective) it wasn’t worthy. 1.5 stars"

"I am a customer of extreme massage for straight 2 years, visits once a week. seems its under new management, because under big ted things weren't this bad. 1st, you need to work on customer discretion, Discretion is bad. 2nd, stop lying about the age of your girls, (Ima & maeva) it affects the reputation of your place. 3rd, you overwork them maeva worked rough 2 days straight, "refer to your schedule" it affect the standard of service they render to your customer and they complain. Hire new girls!!!"
